Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized jewellery, used products, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for quick resolution.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
